That's exactly why we launched our Germany-wide shipping service. It's actually quite simple: you remove the wheel, put it in a box, and send it to us in Ludwigsburg. We're rooted here in Swabia, but we save e-scooters from Hamburg to Munich.
Why Only Send the Wheel?
Shipping the entire scooter is expensive and risky because of the battery. A single wheel is compact, cheap to ship, and we can get to work immediately in our workshop.
