You want to dash to work in the morning and then this: The tire is flat. (Of course, this always happens when you're in a hurry, right?) Anyone who thinks: 'Oh, I've changed a tube on a bicycle before, I'll just do it myself', be warned: Caution. E-scooters are little beasts when it comes to tires.
The rims are often extremely narrow, the tires stiff, and the motor is usually right in the way. In our Ludwigsburg E-Scooter workshop, we regularly see customers coming to us completely desperate with a half-disassembled wheel and bloody fingers. Why? Because it's not as easy as it looks in the YouTube video.
